Other Services to Registered Student Societies
At-Cost Car-Parking QR Codes
Car Parking QR Codes are provided for registered student societies to waive the parking fee of their official visitors who are invited for official business on the campus. Registered student societies may purchase from CCSO in person the Car Parking QR Codes issued by Security and Parking Unit of Estate Office, while stock lasts, at the cost of HK$20 each, but no car parking space can be reserved.
Mail Collection Service
CCSO offers mail collection service to registered student societies.
Registered student societies may receive mail at their designated mailbox in UG1/F, Composite Building.
For large-size items, which exceed the dimensions of the designated mailbox, notify CCSO in advance and obtain CCSO’s agreement via email. Without approval, CCSO may reject delivery.
