Registration of Student Societies

Under the framework of the Code of Conduct for Student Organizations at The University of Hong Kong (the Code of Conduct), student societies must be registered with CCSO to have access to resources and facilities provided by the University. For more information and requirements on registration, please refer to the Guidelines on Registration of Student Societies.

For Registered Student Society

Submission of Specimen of Student Society Chop for Verification

The verified student society chop will be considered a valid representation of the
student societies

Submission of Updated Particulars of Executive Committee

Notifying CCSO of any changes to the Executive Committee membership during the current session

Submission of Documents
for Change of Session

For registration status renewal within 30 calendar days after the end of every session 

For New Registration

This document outlines the required sections to be included in the constitution of a student society registered under CCSO

Registration Form for Student Societies

Completed Registration Form for Student Societies and supporting documents shall be submitted to CCSO for vetting.
